Senior Transportation

Saratoga County Office for the Aging offers Senior Transportation for doctor appointments, grocery shopping, senior centers, etc.

Wilton Seniors can call Office for the Aging at (518) 884-4100 to make a reservation for free travel on Tuesdays and Thursdays to doctor's appointments, shopping, senior centers and other destinations. 

The Saratoga County Office for the Aging oversees the program for seniors who are atleast 60 years old.  Capitaland Taxi will provide the transportation begining April 2, 2007.  Please do not call Capitaland Taxi, please call Office for the Aging.

Reservations must be made by noon on the day before. Travel times are limited between 9am-4pm. Please make your appointments within this time frame. 

Riders must be able to get in and out of the taxi without assistance and will be required to wear seat belts.

The Saratoga County Office for the Aging provides services for seniors throughout the County of Saratoga. These services create opportunities for active older people and meet the needs of those at risk of losing their independence. Older people have access to information and referral services, transportation, job and volunteer opportunities, senior center and day care center programs, congregate and home delivered meals as well as case management and in-home services.
