SEXTON SINGLE MALT
Sexton Irish Whiskey is a new and unexpected single malt for every man. Rich in hue, approachable in taste and memorable in character, Sexton is made from 100% Irish malted barley that is triple distilled in copper pot stills for smoothness. Sexton is a whiskey that is rich in hue with the perfect balance of dried fruits and subtle oak notes and a smooth, lingering finish bottled at 43% ABV. Sexton is consciously aged for four years in Oloroso Sherry butts to achieve a depth of flavour from the wine-imbued barrel that surpasses its years.TASTING NOTES
Aromas of nuts and dark chocolate followed by marzipan, spice and fruit with a mellow honeyed taste of malt and oils. The finish is gentle wood with a mild sweetness.
POWERFUL PUNCH
Combine 2 tots whiskey, 15ml tea syrup,
and 15ml lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, top off with club soda, and garnish with mint and lemon peel.
SAINT SEXTON
Swirl a dash of absinthe in a chilled rocks glass and then discard. Muddle 1 sugar cube, water and 3 dashes of bitters.
Add 2 tots Sexton and stir. Serve over ice with a lemon peel.
