Technicians perform overhaul, Reset, upgrades and technical support for this and the AN/TSC-156B/D Phoenix, AN/TSC-93E Lynx, AN/TSC-167 and AN/TSC-185 satellite terminal systems. Tactical satellite communications systems are used by the Army, Army National Guard, Army Reserves and the Marine Corps. Branch employees also provide global technical assistance via telephone and onsite support.
Tobyhanna Army Depot is the Defense Department's largest center for the repair, overhaul and fabrication of a wide variety of electronics systems and components, from tactical field radios to the ground terminals for the defense satellite communications network. Tobyhanna's missions support all branches of the Armed Forces.
