These delicious Date Bars taste even better when
covered with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.
You will enjoy sharing them and they are easy to make.
Mix dry ingredients together, add melted butter. Pat into 9" x 12" pan.
Save a little dry ingredients to sprinkle on top of the filling.
Filling is the chopped dates, white sugar, water.
Boil these ingredients together then add Vanilla.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes
Allow to cool and enjoy.
