El Mencho reportedly has two daughters, not one

It was reported that El Mencho was irate after his son’s first arrest.  Menchito, as the story goes, was ordered by his father to keep a low profile, or risk being arrested.

We know how that warning ended.  Menchito was captured, extradited to the U.S. and awaits trial in Washington D.C.

In reality, Menchito was not living the high life as other narco juniors, such as the children of El Chapo.  Menchito was more known the public than his sister Jessica.

In fact there is only one image attributed to her, but even that image has been long in question as not being her.  Bottom line it appears Jessica heeded the warnings of her father.

Yet….

Jessica was arrested on the courthouse “property” during the Wednesday hearing of her brother Menchito.  The arrest was pursuant to a warrant stemming from a Feb. 13, 2020, indictment.  An indictment she says she was unaware of.

The Mencho family attorney, himself listed by the Treasury Department on the kingpin chart, says he checked with the government and there were no arrest warrants or indictments against Jessica, who like her brother was born in San Francisco. She was born on July 23^rd 1986.  She is 33.  El Menchito DOB is  February 14, 1990.

It is hard to believe that Mencho, leader of CJNG, would believe the U.S. government or support Jessica’s travel to the U.S.

Jessica has already pleaded not guilty in her first appearance before the judge, in the District of Columbia Wednesday on charges related to her alleged involvement in five business entities designated by the Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) as providing material support to the international narcotics trafficking activities of the Mexican narcotics trafficking organization known as the Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generacion (CJNG)

Her detention hearing is on Monday before U.S. Magistrate Judge Robin M. Meriweather in the District of Columbia.

One daughter, or two?

It has always believed that El Mencho has only two blood children.  And now both are incarcerated in the U.S. and awaiting trial.

Some call her the “ghost daughter” of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, aka “El Mencho,” Jessica Johanna Oseguera González has more power in the financial CJNG organization chart than most thought.

The young woman,  studied Marketing at a Jesuit university in Guadalajara, Jalisco, “owns” several companies used to launder money from drug trafficking through businesses such as the Mizu Sushi Lounge restaurant and the Tequila Onze Black brand.

Jessica serves as an essential element of handling dirty cartel money.

Reports place Jessica  as the main heiress of her father's money and the CJNG.

At 22, the daughter of the CJNG leader became the owner of a property on the beaches of Tijuana,  according to a report by Radio Formula.

But the family "ghosts" of Oseguera Cervantes are not limited to Jessica.

Media reports such as the La Silla Rota  refer to another alleged little-known daughter of the capo, whom they identify as “Laisha Michelle”.  Laisha Michelle Oseguera González.

She has been identified as the small girl in an image with Mencho, Menchito and a small child.

ZETA investigations revealed  that direct relatives of  "Mencho" have settled since 1998 in Tijuana. At least that is how his wife, Rosalinda González Valencia, and their daughters, Jessica Johanna and Laisha Michelle Oseguera González appear in the Public Registry of Property and Commerce (RPPC).

The women of the Oseguera family acquired several properties in Playas de Tijuana between 1998 and 2009, some of which have been seized  by the Attorney General's Office (FGR).  Laisha Michelle has properties in her name, including one seized by the government.
