Shipping Policy
We dispatch all fresh orders on the same day or on the next working day. If customer place the order before 12 PM (noon) then his/her order will be dispatch on the same day.
We delivery the order to the customer within 4-7 days (maximum). If the order is not delivered within said time period (sometimes delivery boys don’t call the customers) then you can call us at 01135546063 mon to sat 10am to 5pm.
Customer will receive the mail of tracking id (AWB number) after we accept the order. We generally accept the orders either on the same day or on the next working day. If you don’t receive the tracking id through the mail then feel free to contact us. [email protected]
There are some pincode in which our delivery companies do not delivery the order so in that case we intimate the customer about the same within 1-2 days.

How to track you order
It is very simple to track your order if you have your tacking id (AWB number) with yourself. If you don’t have the tracking id after placing the order then feel free to contact us at 01135546063 mon to sat 10am to 5pm.
To track your order just click the TRACK YOUR ORDER tab given in the home page of the website. You will be redirected to the Delhivery courier company track page. Here just give your tracking id (AWB number) and track your order.
You will receive the mail in which the tracking id will be given. You can either go to the link given in the email or you can msg us on instagram or call us (between working hours 11am-4pm) to know the status of your order.
Return & Refund
You have 1 days to make return request.
Return requests only is accepted when a mistake is ours. We have listed some of the mistakes which are eligible for return.
1: You have received the wrong item like a different color or different product.
2: You have received a damaged item like broken tempered glass.
You may call us or email us or msg us on Instagram to raise the return request. You will receive the reply from our side soon after you raise the return request so relax.
In the above-mentioned cases, we will call you and give you the best resolution that we can.
For all return requests, 3-4 photos of the received product will be required for proof.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
When Return is not available?

1. In the case of tempered glass: There is no installation Guarantee, we only give a guarantee of tempered glass. You will receive the unbroken tempered glass for sure.
2. No return is available if you order the wrong products like one plus 9 pro cover instead of one plus 9.
Exchange
If you wants to change the color of the product or you mistakenly order the wrong product then in that case we allow our customer to exchange the product.
In this exchange process a delivery boy will come to your home and take back the original product you have received and few days after (4-7 days) you will get the new product.
In the exchange we will charge you delivery charges extra because of the two delivery charges are included in this process. delivery charges shall be 150/- in this case.
- We call each of our cash on delivery customers for confirmation of the order. Kindly wisely verify your order at that time. We will not be responsible if wrong order is verifies by customers.
Cancellation Policy
If you want to change the color of the product or you mistakenly order the wrong product then in that case we allow our customer to exchange the product.
In this exchange process, a delivery boy will come to your home and take back the original product you have received, and a few days after (4-7 days) you will get the new product.
In the exchange we will charge you delivery charges extra because the two delivery charges are included in this process. delivery charges may range in between 100-140.
