We had a fantastic stay in this cozy resort. The room was immaculate and the view was spectacular. Having a little balcony to sit on watching the tour boats was a real treat. The location is perfect. Right outside is Uncle Sam’s boat tour Riley’s restaurant where the breakfast and dinner where delicious. There was also no carpeting in the room, which we prefer.

I would highly recommend this resort.

We have been traveling for 3 weeks in the New England states. This has far been one of the best places we stayed . Clean- best pillows, bedding and beds by far . Front desk and maids very pleasant . Great location-easy parking and easy loading and unloading luggage . Walking close to restaurants and shopping . Definitely a great place to stay and the cost was very reasonable!!

Better than we ever imagined! We’ll be back! We were completely impressed with our 1st floor jacuzzi room. The view was breathtaking and so peaceful. We loved it! The bed was super comfy and the staff was exceptional. Everything was walking distance and we had a great time. Cant wait to come back next year! Thank you!

We stayed for 2 nights, Very nice place, rooms were clean and beautiful, amazing view from room. I usually don’t ever write reviews but the main reason I am is because of the staff, they were all so friendly and helpful that it made the stay perfect.

We stayed for 2 nights. Very nice place, our room was cleaned and ready upon our arrival. The front desk was staff was very friendly and helpful….The resort was in a great location. We parked our vehicle at the resort and walked into the town. It was a perfect weekend. We will be back again for a longer stay.

The rooms are clean and sanitized, check in was a breeze and Uncle Sams Boat Tours are literally next door. We had a great view of the river and the hotel lobby always had a chart of what freighters would be passing through that day so you could watch for them. Reasonable rates and within walking distance of most restaurants, shops and tours.

Booked last minute and was thoroughly impressed! Loved that every room was on the water…Will definitely book again (the price could not be beat, especially for the value that you get)!!

We visited Alex Bay and stay at here. The place clean and located near shops and Riley’s is right across the street. The staff of Capt. Thomson’s were both helpful and very friendly.. We enjoyed it so much that we made plans, before we left, for next year. We highly recommend staying there.

This is our 15th year going to A-bay and we have stayed here almost all of the time. You are welcomed in as soon as you enter the lobby… We love the fact that our room faces the river and Boldt castle. We love the fact that we park our car and don’t move it until we get ready to leave. Everything is walking distance from the hotel.

My husband and I stayed one night here on a whim! We didn’t have a reservation but the staff made us feel like family! We loved staying here – the view is unbeatable! The location is perfect for sightseeing the area! It is very very clean and wonderful!
