Problem: the "intensity", or length of the light rays effect seems to be dependant on the size of the frame rather than remaining proportional at all frame sizes. The larger the frame size, the less effect the light rays have. In fact, it looks like the light ray effect extends a certain number of pixels rather than a percentage of the image size. This number of pixels is a much smaller effect on larger frame sizes.

Image 1: Light rays at full intensity, 1920x1080 project, but viewed in 320x180 preview window at Good / Auto so the entire frame is reduced to that size. Notice how some of the rays extend for more than half the width of the frame.

Image 2: Absolutely no change in any project or effects settings. The only difference is that the preview window is now 960x540. Notice that the light rays appear much smaller. I believe they are actually the same length in pixels as the previous image, but they seem much smaller in proportion to the frame.

Image 3: Once again no change at all except that the image was output at 1920x1080. I can't get the preview window this large on my desktop so i used the "save frame" button over the preview window. This image also represents what the final rendered output looks like. In this image the light rays barely extend past the edges of the sphere. It looks like the intensity has been reduced to a near minimum amount, yet the effects settings are unchanged from the previous images.

Summary image: This shows all three of the above images, except the larger ones have been reduced to the size of the smallest one. This clearly shows that the light rays have much less effect at larger frame sizes.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
