Pamela Anderson has made major waves in recent years surrounding her makeunder as well as her repeated refusal to wear makeup on the red carpet following the death of her longtime makeup artist.
The former Baywatch babe, 57, has been open about her plastic surgery journey and subsequent regrets - and now, she's all natural.
Pam famously increased her bust size from a 34C to a 34DD and later removed her implants in 1999 to embrace a more natural look.
In February, Pam told Glamour, 'I've tried Botox, I've tried filler, but I haven't had anything like that for over three or four years.'
The Canadian actress also avoids treatments like Fraxel, which is a non-invasive laser treatment that uses microscopic laser beams to improve the appearance of skin.
'My skin is very sensitive and I did Fraxel a little bit on my décolletage and it went black so I've always been scared of stuff like that,' Pam revealed to the beauty magazine.
Pam said Botox made her eyebrows fall and made her 'look like a different person,' which is why she gave it up, adding, 'I'm free and clear of that stuff and I look like myself again.'

While The Last Showgirl star admittedly received Botox in the past, it's most certainly gone now according to experts.
'Treatments like Botox for expression lines don't last more then a few months, so if she has not used this in three or four years, the effect would have certainly worn off,' according to Dr. Manoj Abraham, a board-certified facial plastic surgeon and Persana-verified physician.
'Botox treatment by an expert softens lines without altering expression, so unless she had a botched treatment, I wouldn't expect her to "look like a different person,"' Dr. Abraham, based in Pouhkeepsie, New York, told DailyMail.com.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Rukmini Rednam, based in Houston Texas, agreed and told DailyMail.com it's not likely that Pam 'has had any recent significant filler or Botox based on recent photos.'
As for her negative experience with Fraxel, Dr. Abraham explained, 'The old, sun damaged skin that is treated with Fraxel exfoliates or peels off and this skin can look like its dried up or dark.'
After the skin peels off, it reveals new skin below, which would be the perfect surface for her makeup-less looks, which she started in 2019.
While Dr. Abraham praises Pam's skincare routine, he thinks it's possible she has done laser resurfacing treatments or radiofrequency microneedling treatments to rebuild collagen and tighten her skin.
Dr. Rednam agrees that Pam is using good skincare products because her skin looks hydrated and healthy and said 'it is unlikely that she has been doing other significant treatments given that she still has a lot of sun damage and natural skin aging.'

Another reason the Barb Wire star appears to look so different is because she removed her implants
For the CCAM Awards in Sydney, Australia in December 1994 Pamela wore one of Versace's iconic safety pin dresses, looking like her bombshell self
Dr. Rednam said the filler could potentially have lasting effects depending on the type she used, but in general, she's aging naturally for a woman her age.
'She has visible lines and noticeable areas that have volume deficit which is normal,' Dr. Rednam explained.
Dr. Rednam explained that it's possible the Love, Pamela memoirist wasn't comfortable with her Botox because it was too much, telling FEMAIL how natural it looks 'largely depends on the injector and their level of expertise.'
'A talented injector would be able to walk the fine line of balance between improving wrinkles without reducing expressions,' Dr. Rednam, who's known as The Confidence Doc, added.
One major reason the Barb Wire star appears to look so different from her former bombshell self is because she removed her implants.
'In the '90s Pamela Anderson was very known for her full bust, after she downsized her volume it certainly gave her a different look and put more emphasis on her other features rather than just one aspect of her body,' Dr. Rednam said.
