"Excellent. I am in Florida for disaster relief. No other hotels available. The owner made sure I had a place to stay and helped with anything needed. Yes, you are staying on a boat however, they make sure you are able to get to your car at whatever time to make it to work at whatever time day or night with free overnight parking. "It was 6 miles from key west which we liked. It sits in an inlet so you don’t see much ocean or beach. Property had a separate bath house. Bathroom wasn’t really usable & tv cord was missing so no tv (wasn’t there to watch tv) If you have problems with close spaces, it wouldn’t be for you "

"My wife and I had a great time staying on Mark’s boat. The description is accurate, it’s a somewhat “roughing it” stay. This was a great stay, but would definitely be more enjoyable in cooler weather. The AC at night was a life saver, but during the day it was definitely hot. Sitting up top at night, feeling the breeze, hearing the water, and looking at the stars was wonderful though, and worth it. You definitely want some bug spray though.Mark was always quick to respond and help when needed."
