I disagree. The Century does not have amber turn signals on top, whereas the Pontiac 6000 does. |

If you are referring to the grey car as gmguy and I said that is a Buick Century. If referrring to the car obscured behind the cop, I have no idea Pic of a 1989 Pontiac 6000 which looks nothing like the vehicle above since the one above is a Buick Century http://cimg.carsforsale.com/306202/D1D8848F-B7A5-42CF-9486-C93FEACF9224_7.jpg http://www.caliberforumz.com/PHOTOPOST/data/500/medium/RUSTE4_1_07_018.jpg -- Last edit: 2014-05-17 17:02:03 |

How can it "look nothing like a Pontiac 6000" when these cars are built on the same platform? You also ignored the point I made about the amber turn signals. And seriously, why would I bother identify the car behind the cop? The only Buick Century-ish that I see about this car would be the wire wheels and the apparent shape of the bumper. What would really help now is a shot of the front, as I'm not convinced one way or the other. -- Last edit: 2014-05-17 17:40:48 |

Sorry Lateef, I agree with GM Guy and Supcoach, Century. The Pontiac didn't use those wheels, had a red reflector in the side bumper, and had a wide black or body-colored side moulding that ran from the rear bumper to the wheel well and was much thicker in the mid-body. I don't see an amber section to the taillight, just a light reflection on the upper half. 1990 Pontiac 6000 rear quarter: 1990 Buick Century: |

Cool I did not know that was Bob Hoskins. To me and gmguy it has more a Buick look than a Pontiac one. Also the wheels look more Buick than Pontiac. Yes they were built on the same platform. The pics I posted are of the rear of a Pontiac. Compare the pic of the Pontiac with rear of vehicle in question and still tell me that it is a Pontiac... |
