Candle Light Dinner

With the month of love having begun, Up North at The Raintree hotel is all set to host a Candle Light Dinner. The roof top restaurant on Valentine’s Day will host a dinner that will serve delectable dishes like Nalli Nihari Shorba with olive & pepper crostini, Subz Hara dhaniya shorba with Blue cheese & Garlic crostini. One can choose from a array of starters to main courses, breads and desserts such as Amritsari crispy prawn rolls with Spring onion Kichdi, Malai paneer tandoori sticks with peri-peri salsa dip, Grilled ginger chilly lobster in spiced lobster jus, Jalapeno stuffed cheese balls in kaju makhana curry, Wild mushroom kulcha with truffle oil drizzle, Jodhpuri chur chur parantha with fresh pesto, Gulkand ka kheer and Quenelle of berry baked yoghurt, to name a few.
The buffet spread costs Rs 3,999/- along with a glass of sparkling wine per couple.
