一种基于TOPSIS的卫星资源选择模型

摘要: 资源选择是卫星资源规划和分配中的一个重要问题,选择不同的资源会影响到系统资源的使用效率和用户资源的使用体验。在对卫星资源选择问题分析、调研的基础上,提出了卫星资源选择指标体系,该体系具有覆盖全面、客观性强、易于自动化测量的优点;针对卫星资源选择问题的特征,构建了基于TOPSIS的卫星资源选择模型,实现了候选资源的全序排列,在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。

关键词: 多属性决策, 频率, 卫星通信, 资源规划

Abstract: Resource selection is one of the key problems in satellite resource planning and allocation.The selection of different resources will affect efficiency of system resource and customer’s experience.Based on analysis and survey,a satellite resource selection evaluation index system was constructed,which has advantages such as wide coverage,strong objectivity and easiness of automatical measure.A TOPSIS based evaluation model was constructed,and the model was used to get fully ordered result,which helps to find the most proper frequency resource.Good results have been gained in real work.
