The Back Story:

After a Memorial Day 1995 tornado swept through Great Barrington Ma, and much of southern western MA, I had the opportunity to go up in a small plane and view the devastation (which was quite sticking from the air) with a pilot buddy of mine.Since the speedway was only a stones throw as far as the crow flies from then tornado alley, we took an aerial tour of Howies playground, and I was able to snap off these unique pictures.Despite coming in to Pittsfield airport a little hot, our mother ship landed safely, and Im alive and well to share these pictures.
