James2 Posted April 14, 2019 Posted April 14, 2019 Congads, Karl nicely done. Always good to see you too!
Impalow Posted April 16, 2019 Posted April 16, 2019 Congrats indeed! That is one fantastic model! On 4/14/2019 at 8:30 AM, James2 said: Congads, Karl nicely done. Always good to see you too! It was good to see both of you guys!
64SS350 Posted April 16, 2019 Author Posted April 16, 2019 Same to you Eric, and good to put names and faces together with some others!
64SS350 Posted November 2, 2019 Author Posted November 2, 2019 Well the title stated Flintstone Flyer x3....so it's time to work on no. 2 and 3. Going to do both at same time, again many parts are already fabbed, should...go pretty well. For those interested in following again!
64SS350 Posted December 3, 2019 Author Posted December 3, 2019 Started working on misc. to break it up, but soon realized I need to start with frames. Deleted exhaust from both a little differently this time, a lot easier.
64SS350 Posted December 5, 2019 Author Posted December 5, 2019 Thanks, it just stinks because these are commission builds, that I have to give them up when they are done. At least I made one show with the first one, hope to get these done in time also.

64SS350 Posted December 5, 2019 Author Posted December 5, 2019 I know, what's the sense of having a stash if you can't get to them! But this build has pushed my building skills to higher levels.

64SS350 Posted December 29, 2019 Author Posted December 29, 2019 (edited) Haven't had a lot of time at the bench, plus everything is tedious right now. Enlarged trani tunnels, made trani mounts and brackets, also some body sculpting. Forgot I got the cross member cut out and front frame rails revamped. Edited December 29, 2019 by 64SS350
Straightliner59 Posted January 7, 2020 Posted January 7, 2020 I'm enjoying watching these come together. Nice work, Karl!
64SS350 Posted January 10, 2020 Author Posted January 10, 2020 Axel and steering on one, will get other chassis caught up tomorrow. Waiting on a rearend and springs in the mail. Also will start some priming then making headers and so on... Thanks for looking!

64SS350 Posted January 24, 2020 Author Posted January 24, 2020 Lot of work for a small update. One set of headers done.
Straightliner59 Posted January 24, 2020 Posted January 24, 2020 Nice work! Those collectors worked out real well!
64SS350 Posted January 24, 2020 Author Posted January 24, 2020 I know right? A technique I found on here and I really like the look!
Belugawrx Posted January 24, 2020 Posted January 24, 2020 Just went through this thread Karl ...really nice work ! You shoulda, coulda, woulda bought a 4th...lol Cheers
James2 Posted January 24, 2020 Posted January 24, 2020 Those headers do look great, very difficult to bend. Looks like shrink wrap for the collectors?
