26 FEBRUARY 2025 — The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) formally launched its Integrated Management System (IMS) at the Port Management Offices (PMOs) NCR-North and PMO NCR-South on February 24, 2025. This initiative aims to enhance port operations by ensuring compliance with ISO standards and the Government Quality Management Systems Standards (GQMSS).

06 FEBRUARY 2025 — After the holidays and Chinese New Year, the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) assures the public that the country’s major ports are operating efficiently and far from being congested allowing seamless movement of goods and maintaining stability in the supply chain.  

1 FEBRUARY 2025 — The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) is optimistic for a stronger cruise tourism sector this year, as two international cruise vessels made port calls at key tourist destinations in the country to close the first month of 2025. 

16 JANUARY 2025 — The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) once again has achieved a milestone in the history of the state agency by posting a total revenue of P27.30 billion for 2024, surpassing its target revenue of P26.09 billion, making it the highest annualrevenue since the agency’s establishment in 1974.  

According to the agency’s preliminary December 2024 financial performance report, the P27.30 billion revenue marks a 7.29% increase from the P25.45 billion recorded in 2023.  

10 JANURY 2025 — The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) has been recognized as one of the most sought-after government agencies by Filipino jobseekers, according to the recent Employee Job Happiness Index 2024 survey conducted by Jobstreet by SEEK. This recognition underscores PPA’s commitment to fostering an inclusive, dynamic, and growth-oriented workplace that attracts top talent across the country.

07 JANUARY 2025 — The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) has recorded a total of 4,743,931 passengers in PPA ports nationwide during the 2024 holiday season from the period of December 15, 2024 to January 5, 2025. This marks the highest number of passengers recorded during the holidays since the pandemic, marking a notable increase compared to the 4,366,933 passengers recorded during the 2023 holiday season.

02 ENERO 2025 — Matapos ang long weekend bunsod ng Pasko at Bagong Taon, inaasahan ang muling pagbabalik ng mga pasahero sa mga pantalan sa paparating na weekend na papalo sa 674,000 mula Enero 3-5, 2025 base sa passenger forecast at datos mula noong nakaraang taon ng Philippine Ports Authority (PPA).
