Everyone who bet on Charlotte for Kate Middleton and Prince William's royal baby's name, start collecting your winning pot now!
The little princess's full name is Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge, so all of the tribute bases are covered: Charlotte is the feminine version of Charles, William's father (Charlotte is also reportedly in Kate's ancestry, through her father Michael Middleton's mother's line); Elizabeth for her great grandmother and queen of merry England (also Kate's middle name); and Diana, for Princess Diana, William's mother and the child's late grandmother. And the official fancy address is:
The baby will be known as Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge.
