Scope
Construction of a five-level, cast-in-place concrete parking deck situated directly adjacent to the new North Pavilion with spaces for 1,416 cars. The parking deck’s skin consists of brick masonry and EIFS, and its attractive brick façade was designed to blend seamlessly from one building to the next
Included a large expansion to existing central energy plant that is connected to the new North Parking Deck
Highlights
One of five major projects in Forsyth Medical Center’s Expansion and Renovation Master Plan. The deck is constructed with vertical expansion capability on the south portion of its footprint that could include two levels of medical office space
