I love to do Mason Jar Crafts. Today I’m sharing my DIY Pumpkin Mason Jar Tutorial. After making the Apple Mason Jars a few weeks ago I thought of doing a different version of them for Fall.
These Pumpkin Jars will make the cutest gifts and they are also perfect for center pieces for Thanksgiving. Ready to take a look? They are so fun!

TUTORIAL
1
Painting the Jars and Lids
The first thing you want to do is paint the jars. I like to spray paint the lids since they are all in one color. Read the directions on the back of the spray paint can before you paint.
If you are going to do multiple colors of pumpkins I recommend using acrylic paint for the jars since it is a lot cheaper than purchasing a bunch of different spray paint colors. You can also spray paint them if you want.
Before you paint the jars I recommend to spray them with white spray paint primer.
This will help the paint to stick to the jar a lot better.
2
Make the Leaves
Cut a piece of card stock in a leaf shape and leave a long stem at the end.
Fold the leaf in half to make the middle vein.
Use an embossing tool to make the rest of the veins.

Use a pencil to curl thin strips of card-stock. All you need to do is tightly wrap them around the pencil.
3
Assemble the Jar
Paint or stain a wood peg and glue the leaves to it.
Use a glue gun to attach the leaves and peg to the lid.
You are done!
So, what do you think? We think they are adorable!
Now all you have left is to fill them up with goodies or use them as centerpieces for Thanksgiving.
I am coming back tomorrow with free tag printables for them… You are going to love them!
