After 400 years beavers are back in Northamptonshire!
After months of careful planning and preparation a family of eight beavers have been released at the Nene Wetlands in Northamptonshire. They are now exploring their new home at Delta Pit lake next door to the popular Rushden Lakes shopping centre.
The Wildlife Trust BCN mission is to create a wilder future by protecting and restoring wildlife and wild places across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire & Northamptonshire, for the benefit of both wildlife and people.
