No injuries reported after crash involving Berkeley County Sheriff's Office SUV

The South Carolina Highway Patrol says no injuries were reported after a Berkeley County Sheriff's Office vehicle was involved in a crash over the weekend.

According to SCHP, the crash occurred around 8:50 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, on Highway 176 (St. James Avenue) at Thomason Boulevard.

The BCSO vehicle- a 2017 Ford SUV- was traveling east on Highway 176 when a 2005 Nissan pickup was turning left onto Thomason Boulevard from Highway 176.

SCHP said the two vehicles collided and the pickup ran off the roadway.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
