Truly a lovely experience - especially appreciated the outstanding customer service from all team member. Great breakfast service from Sophie and Steven, and a great breakfast too! A big shout out to an outstanding Concierge, Matthew, who was able to respond to so many requests from sunscreen (he just magically had sunscreen for me) and a daily newspaper, and heaps of good information and directions. He should qualify for the highest Concierge rating - The Golden Keys! Waking up to find a huge cruise ship outside our bedroom window was an absolute delight!! We will certainly be back again! Thank you all concerned!

Great location as it near the tour busses. The staff has a can-do attitude and is very happy to help with suggestions. Sulfur crusted cockatoo's were roosting in the tress outside our window. This is the only hotel we would book if we were to return to Cairns!

I love this hotel. I was upgraded to a corner suite which was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great views. The pool is really nice and large enough for doing laps. Staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. The only area that could be improved is room service. While the food was very good, the menu is quite limited. I highly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding property situated accross from the esplanade and water with great views. Rooms are amazing.This is a luxury hotel and likely the best accommodation in Cairns. Staff are outstanding. Shout out to Jasmine at the front desk and the concierge (trainee) truly exceptional service. Lots of dining option within the hotel as well as walking distance to a number of good restaurants, reasonably priced. A great 3 night stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!!
