We stayed at room 304, the phone wasn’t working. We got offered to upgrade the room by email, when we arrived at the hotel, we couldn’t upgrade because the room is full, why the hotel sent us the offer in the first place?

We stayed for 4 nights in a hotel which although very close to the water, unfortunately, does not have much view of the ocean. You can catch a view of the ocean only from the main restaurant. In fact, none of the rooms have a decent view of the ocean which is a real shame. Beach is idyllic; can catch great view of sunset when the clouds don't get in the way. The buffet breakfast was decent with same offering every morning. Would be better if there was sourdough bread. However, nothing prepared me for the number of flies buzzing annoyingly around my head but thankfully hotel provided nets to cover our heads. Felt that kitchen equipment and utensils were not complete - 6 pieces for each type of crockery but only had 4 sets of cutlery. Should provide washing liquid in bottles rather than sachets (not very eco as not refillable). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Location and View, Relaxing Stay.

Check in was a breeze, staff was helpful to bring the bags from carpark to the villa. Villa is spacious, however it would be nice to have a shower head rather than just a rain shower in the bathroom. The hotel is quite well maintained except for the equipment in the fitness Center. The weight machine cables were all frayed and inoperative. Breakfast was just average in terms of variety and service. I enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant, especially the quality and freshness of the food, combined with the ambience. The only negative thing I have to say was how the staff handled my lost sunglasses from the poolside. Basically each staff that I brought it up to will just tell me they will Inform housekeeping to check. Seeing that nothing was done, I insisted to speak to the manage Miss Lola. I asked to view the CCTV footage of the pool but was declined due to hotel policy. I believe that this could be better handled by the hotel management staff.
