Christmas brunch wasn’t great experience for us

The hotel is very beautiful and luxury, so we were really look forward to our Christmas brunch with friends+family. At first we thought it was a buffet, then turns out its set menu brunch (which we are ok with it). It didn’t really mentioned in the e-flyer. We love the beautiful ambiance of the hotel. Our table was served by a designated server, but after the appetizer served, the server is taking care of other table and nobody really assigned to our table. We have waited quite long for our main course to come and when we check they said we have to order, meanwhile nobody explain and taking care our order. It looks like they lost track of our table and resulted the food delayed. We also waited so long every time we order our drinks. I get that set menu brunch isn’t easy esp at festive seasons, however we expect to have a better service at our special time. The food was great except the steak that already served cold because of the delayed. Hope they have a better service to be aligned with their beautiful product.

I wanted to express my appreciation for waitress (Hope) at (Y cone coffee). During my recent visits, I have consistently been impressed by her outstanding service! She has an incredible ability to connect with customers, always greeting everyone with a warm smile and a friendly attitude which makes me wants to come here every time 🤍 Her knowledge of the menu and ability to make personalized recommendations truly enhances my experience 😍 Thank you for fostering such a great atmosphere at the coffee shop, and please let know how much she is appreciated!
