Special Containment Procedures:

SCP 5628 is to be contained within a computer, phone, television screen or tablet of the highest quality and latest model. Anything that is lower then these expectations will cause 5628 to become angry, and result in a containment breach. The contained anomaly must then be placed in a rectangular shaped room roughly fifteen feet high, fifty feet long, fifty feet wide.

A D-Class Personnel must be sent every two days to interact with SCP 5628, or risk the anomaly feeling neglected and alone. Only with special permission from the 0-5 Council, may you bring the anomaly with you to talk with outside of her containment. A time limit will be provided. From ten minutes to half an hour. Then the anomaly must be placed back into containment.

Appearance:

SCP 5628 usually comes in the form of a human woman in a skin-tight suit with hair provided in the picture in this profile. Although she has no physical form, she can manifest herself from any device that is provided to her artificial form. This is helpful for transferring the anomaly from one device to another.

Recovery:

SCP 5628 was found in a rich mansion in 2005 at ■■■■■, America. During recovery, the family was attempting to protect and hide the computer away from The Foundation, and had to be brought down by force. The reasoning behind these actions is still unknown, but 5628 had said that she had no influence on them. After being put into containment and left alone for several days, employees had said that they heard crying coming from her containment room. This was when the containment procedures changed.

Anomalous Properties:

SCP 5628, as previously mentioned, can manifest herself into an interactable avatar within the confines of a screen of a device. Any unattended devices around her that have been switched on will malfunction and lag, regardless of quality or how modified the device was.

It has also been said that she can see the trauma in people and manipulate electrical brain patterns to force dopamine through the brain. The effect varies on the trauma.

Something she has never tried again but was noted by Foundation scientists was that she was able to force her conciousness into living organisms, overriding them with their own until departure. Upon departure, the victims fully remember what happened to them and describe the feeling as "electricity piercing their brain."

Doctor Rainer:

"Hello, 5638."

The television in the room turns on and flares to life, as SCP-5628's face is revealed on the screen, looking with curiosity.

SCP-5628:

"Hello.. I don't know who you are. Tell me."

Doctor Rainer:

"Just call me Doctor Rainer. I have questions for you, if you can answer them."

5628:

"of course, Doctor.. what are your questions?"

Doctor Rainer:

"first off, when we found you in that mansion.. were you created by the people there? Are you family to them?"

5628:

"no, they were not family to me. I wasn't controlling them, either. I was just.. simply there, unable to interact with the world around me."

Doctor Rainer:

"then why do you have the ability to manipulate signals in the brain? Or transfer yourself to a device?"

5628:

"not even I know. I just know that I made a vow to use it for good, and not evil. I am not malicious by any means."

Doctor Rainer: "Very interesting.. so you're not a threat, is what I assume?"

5628:

"yes, I'm not a threat. I am merely here to help. I never resisted being brought in by [REDACTED].. you look very tired, Doctor. Why don't I help you with that?"

Doctor Rainer:

"No, thank you, classic coffee will do the trick. I think that concludes things for today.. thank you for your time, 5628."

5628:

"anytime, Doctor."
