Togeluga is an Uber Super Rare Unit, which is available during the Tales of the Nekoluga and the Best of the Best Event. His True Form makes him immun to Shockwaves, speedsup his Attack Rate and after loosing 1% of his LP his Damage is tribbled.

Aside with Tecoluga, Shadow Gao, Keiji and Catman, he's countable as an intense S-Tier Unit.

-"Toge" in Japanese can mean splinter or spine, which explains the many protruding spikes on Togeluga's body.

-This is one of the only cats that has more health in its basic form than in its evolved form.

-His evolved form has the lowest health among all Nekolugas and Pasalans and among all Uber Rares, excluding collaboration cats.

-His True Form has the highest health among all Lugas and Pasalans.

-Shishilan Pasalan is a reference to the Night Walker from the movie Princess Mononoke, also known as a Shishigami, explaining the first part of Shishilan's name. In addition to looking similar, both are described as gods of life and death.

-Shishilan Pasalan has the 2nd highest knockback amount of any units in the game, only behind Ms. Sign. He has twice as many knockbacks as Inumusha.

-This cat's gender is confirmed to be male in his description, contrary to popular belief.

-He has the shortest range of all Lugas with 445 range (Fact confirmed by Link9058 Assasinlan Pasalan)

This Unit will save your ass in later SoL Stages. While Enemies are shredding your meatshields, his attack will destroy/kockback nearly all Enemies. You're doing a great job when you inculde him in your team. But watch out for long Range Enemies, since they will always Knockback Shishilan Pasalan
