Oneirokinesis

He is able to enter and manipulate dreams. As long as he is touching however many people who are sleeping or daydreaming he is able to see into their dreams and thoughts. He can alter them and turn them into good dreams or nightmares by either fighting off bad thoughts who usually appear as personification of issues or people who are issues in the dreamers life. Or if he wanted to make a nightmare he can create a personified issue.

Cerebrumkinesis

He is able to control his own brain and others. Which includes senses, the conscious, the subconscious, and everything the brain can control. As long as he is touching the person or people he wants to use these abilities on he is able to control the function of autonomic, or involuntary bodily functions, somatic, or voluntary bodily functions, and cognitive, as well as consciousness. This power is extremly dangerous so he rarely ever uses it.

Neurokinesis

He is able to implement thoughts into whomever's head he wants. Whether they act upon these thoughts are their choice. It'll just seem like a really strong and loud suggestion.

Telepathy

He is able to read people's minds. He can't have a mental conversation with them but if he stares at them for long enough he is able to hear whatever they're thinking about.
