Worth the cost
Heavy gauge, well made cooling rack. I am replacing old, rusting chrome plated cooling racks that I picked up at the grocery store years ago. This new rack is a different league than the old ones. Much heavier, and it fits a standard 1/2 sheet pan perfectly. (See photos comparing the new rack at left with my old rack at right.) Well worth the cost.

    I've had to look closely for the right size racks to fit my quarter sheet pans. Many of them are actually smaller than the pans and move around inside the pan. These fit just right. They are also of a good quality so far and not thin or flimsy. I've used them with pans from Sur la Table to cook / roast things in the oven, to cool bread, and they have held up. They also clean up well so far. I've only had them a few months, but they are what I was looking for & needed.
