Amazing cookie mix!
Better than any regular sugar cookie and they are allergen free. My kids are allergic to the too 9 allergens making baked goods nearly impossible to have and I have tried so many brands of allergy free premade cookies that my kids wouldn’t eat. Like in the ingredient suggestions, I used applesauce in place of eggs, refined coconut oil in place of butter and rice milk making them allergy free. These cookies had no weird chemical taste, no typical gluten free product taste, no odd crumbly or chewy texture. Just really really good cookies! My kids enjoyed making and eating them and I have to try not to steal them! I can’t believe how on point they are.

I rarely write reviews but these cookies are fantastic. Easy to follow instructions, perfectly textured dough, phenomenal taste and the absolute best mix of not too crunchy/ not too chewy. Just an all around delicious cookie.
I had to make cookies for work and as a celiac, my options were limited. But I gave these a shot and will absolutely be buying again.
I refrigerated overnight, as suggested, and I truly think it made a difference. Even in my pre-celiac days, I’ve never tasted a better cut out sugar cookie!! I have a 5yo little boy and he’s excited to decorate cookies with mama now!!

I've baked many gluten-free cookie mixes from other companies, and this was my first time trying this one. I made chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies with a white honey glaze. I was really surprised, both turned out delicious, and not just by gluten-free standards. This was the first mix I've tried from any company where the cookies actually look AND taste like traditional cookies made with gluten. I will be ordering these again, and again!
