    These are amazing. They lay perfectly flat in a standard half-sheet pan (do not listen to reviews that say they don't fit pants - they are clearly using non-standard size baking pans). They clean up easily in the dishwasher or by hand, and while they do discolor a bit after frequent use that doesn't affect their performance at all.

    The only downside is I don't prefer baking cookies on them. Cookies tend to spread more than on parchment, so for that use case I still use parchment but these have replaced almost all of my other parchment usage.
