How to Inflate or Deflate Foil Balloon
Inflate:
- You can use straw manual pump or electric pump.
- You don't have to worry about them losing air, they are self-sealing.
- Tips: Inflate slowly; just fill 90% of the balloon’s space that could allow the balloon to expand completely.
Deflate:
- You can use almost any straw to blow them up. Just be careful when you go to insert the straw because there is a layer of thin plastic you have to ensure is separated and that's where the straw goes.

Had my doubts as I've purchased foil letter/number balloons in the past & it has not worked out for me. I've always taken them to a party supply store to be inflated, and had them pop/tear. This time I used a combo of an air pump machine (also purchased off amazon) and a straw and it couldn't have been simpler.
Started off with a reusable straw to gently break through the valve hole, got the balloon started with the straw. Then used an the 'Growsun electric balloon pump' (purchased off amazon) to inflate the rest of the way. Balloon was self sealing, so just needed to remove the straw, and it stayed inflated. Inflated them the morning of the party, and they looked good long into the night. I was careful not to overfill, as some reviews said their balloons popped or tore. I purchased 2 sets of numbers for piece of mind, since they're reasonably cheap. Overall would recommend!

I cannot recommend these balloons more. They are exactly as pictured and were SO unbelievably easy to set up - the package came nicely wrapped, with instructions, and a straw that you insert into the bottom of the ballon - all you have to do is blow and it is fully inflated within a minute. You definitely get your moneys worth. Very strong & sturdy, no leaks, and come with holes on the top for hanging from a string or rope. They are huge and made my friend feel extra special on her birthday. Added bonus - the balloons have been inflated for almost over a month now and they have held up beautifully - look the exact same as the day I set them up!
The icing on top of the cake - super reliable, special balloons :-)

I'm giving these 4 stars only because the 0 was really hard to inflate. We had to poke a hold in the insert in order to get the air circulating in there and it took forever the figure it out. But they are very big and nice and served it's purpose well. Very pleased!
