Hard cover, very “handy”, excellent paper and vivid colors. The “terror” about the size being different from the most common editions made no effect on me. I read some of the stories with no problems at all. Shame that the album in the Congo is absent: with the proper considerations and not, in absolute, making any support to any kind of racism, discriminations and similars, to show how things were (if not still is, nowadays) at the time the album was wrote. It is known, by the way, that even having been born in Belgium, one of the countries most known, mainly in the times of the collonialism, of an intense racism, that Hergé have pronounced himself in apologies for the racist connotations in the Congo Album. Remembering that many of the critics and expositures in the Soviet Album being true, some of them are clearly exagerated and considering the whole population of that country at the time BUT had no censorship from the editors…
