The Jack Danial original BBQ sauce is great, which is why I ordered it. And it’s still great. The problem is that if something happens to the bottles during shipping, you’re stuck. This item can’t be returned or replaced, period. I ordered 2 bottles. They came in a single box; 1 bottle was fine. The second bottle had broken inside the two layers of bubble wrap and was leaking out from that. In the photo, top bottle is fine. Bottom bottle has leakage inside the bubble wrapping. To me, it looks like the breakage happened before the wrapping; otw how did it break?
