      So many reviews here from people who don't own this drone.

      First, Geofencing was only done by DJI, no other drone maker, even USA made drones do not do this. It's up to the owner to fly correctly, not the drone maker. Take charge of your flying, and your own lawfulness.

      Second, yes Customs did check the shipment out but released it pretty quickly without opening the box due to the value being low (minimus thing?) and it being a sub 250g drone. Customs much prefers to hold up the more expensive drones that weight a lot more. (I have experience in this issue, not fun.)

      Last, I have no love for China, and glad that DJI is a privately owned company. They are by and far the best drone maker so far. I do hope other companies step up to the plate, but for now DJI is #1.

      So far this drone has been a lot of fun. I bought it with the RC-N3 controller, simply because I prefer to connect the controller up to a full sized iPad (with a cheap adapter purchased from Amazon) instead of the small screen on the RC2 controller or just a cell phone. I also own a Neo, and not sure yet which of the two I like best. The Flip was about $100 more expensive after consideration of a RC-N3 for the Neo, and that expense was well accepted in the larger size, more battery life, and better features on some of the camera tricks. The Neo is still a lot of fun though.

      Shoot, if you don't need an Air 3(s) or even a Mini 4 Pro for their features, get both the Neo and a Flip for less money over the price of only one of those other two and have a lot of fun!

      Great drone. It is the second I have had. Flip sits dead still in the wind. rather steep learning curve with the RC2 controller. Just not much out there because it is so new. Contacted customer service once and they were quite good. I recommend the pro pack. Charger, three batteries and carrying case (not very good, cheap). The rc2 makes the flying really fun. Would be a five if there were more online help

      This looks like a capable little drone. But be aware that DJI has just disabled U.S. geofencing on its drones, enabling flights over airports, military bases, and no-fly zones.

      DJI says it is putting “control back in the hands of the drone operators”. But from a national security standpoint it’s very possible that all DJI drones may be confiscated in the near future. I’d wait a few weeks to see how this plays out.

      I love this drone for filming.

      The camera sensor and the ai modes are just next level for the price. I bought a mini3 that had problems before christmas which i returned and the video quality was ok but not great like this one! It lasts 24mins approx. If you're looking for an agile fun to fly drone i would look elsewhere. IT'S not compatible with the googles atm and it's not the fastest in straight line and while turning.

      However the camera and ai modes like subject tracking, selfies or circle modes are really really good and accurate.

      Overall great drone if you want an easy to use camera drone.

      👍🏻 Mi primera vez con un mando RC 2 y la pantalla se ve increíble y es muchísimo más cómodo que tener que enganchar tu smartphone al mando con un cablecito.
      👍🏻 Aguanta el viento como un titán y la imagen queda superestable si observar el bamboleo del drone, cosa que con el Neo y viento fuerte, si se notaba bamboleo de la imagen.
      👍🏻 Me gusta el cambio de diseño ya que parece una nave típica de series y películas del espacio de los años 80/90: Galactica, V, Star Trek, etc.
      En resumen, muy contento con la compra ya que quería un drone con opciones de autónomo, algo mejor en batería, calidad de imagen y resistencia que el DJI Neo, con el mando RC-2 sin gastarme los 900€ que cuesta el Mini 4 Pro.

      Ich hab schon immer davon geträumt, 'ne Drohne zu haben, die genauso gute Aufnahmen macht wie ein Top-Smartphone. Ich brauch einfach das Gefühl von Sicherheit, das mir ein Full-Cover Propellerschutz bietet. Außerdem mache ich ziemlich ernsthafte Sachen damit, also ist mir die Qualität wirklich wichtig. Sie hat Dlog-M und die gleiche Bildqualität wie die Mini4pro (1,3 Zoll Sensor), kann 4K bei 60 fps in HDR aufnehmen und hat auch 4K bei 100 fps Zeitlupe. Dazu kommt 'ne topmoderne O4 Live-Übertragung und der brandneue N3 Controller. Kann sogar per Handstart starten, per Stimme steuern und hat 'nen Pro-Modus. Plus Infrarot-Erkennung vorne und unten. Bei dem Preis ist das echt der Hammer!
