      I called support when I needed to update the software to the latest version and I was able to get somebody on the phone within around 5 minutes to confirm with me the latest software versions available for my camera. Additionally, the interface is extremely easy to operate and the buttons make working this camera easy. I’m extremely happy with this purchase! I was comparing this to some options that had auto focus, but if I was operating on a budget, I wouldn’t have chosen this camera, I have equipped it with the number of accessories, one of which includes the PD movie lidar system to solve the auto focus hurdle. Well, most people use his camera will shoot in RAW or “film” I do like the color grading that comes out of the “video” mode. I mostly work with small businesses for creating high volume content. if you’re considering purchasing this camera, I highly recommend that you do so just make sure that you plan on buying some accessories in addition to the camera, my total build cost to get this camera to where I wanted it is closer to $3.5k - If you’re working on a tighter budget, and you’re not too terribly worried about speed, and you’re OK with putting in a lot of learning and manual labor into working your camera I would say this is a good purchase. However, if you are somebody like me but you don’t have four grand to spare then I would actually recommend that you go with something else more point and shoot capable.

I purchased a used 4k from seller 6Ave. The camera came in stellar condition despite the modest score provided by the seller. I'm more than pleased with my purchase and would recommend purchasing from 6Ave as well.

      I am using this camera mostly on the tripod sinc with out stabilizer it is almost impossible to take footage of anything. So if you plan to buy it buy a gimbal and tripod right away.
      Video quality is brutal, it exceed my expectation. Also you get a davinci where you can further colorgrade and get a perfect footage.

      Pros:
      - video quality
      - funcionality
      - codecs and file size
      - compact

      Cons:
      - battery life ( battery is more of an emergency thing rather than a main source of power. So look for better source of power right away)
      - none existent image stabilization (but for the price point it's fine)
      - huge crop factor when recording in 1080p

      All in all worth every penny.

      Update, 3 years later still my favorite camera.

      This was such a flash deal! I got it just two days after buying it; it was used but with DaVinci License and everything! I had a problem with FedEx and these guys (the seller) were on top of it and help me get my package soon, very helpful and reliable store. Package looked nice and it came with everything said on the description, I couldn't find any sign of damage in the camera itself so it feels like new as they say.

      The media could not be loaded.
      Pros:
      - Best menu system on the market. Easy to navigate and clear.
      - Outstanding picture quality for the money.
      - Advanced features that you normally don't see on cameras twice the price.
      > Raw recording
      > XLR audio input
      > Focus assist, false color, zebra stripes, etc. these you don't often find on a camera at this price.

      - Easily configurable quick action buttons.
      - Good support for bluetooth phone apps.
      - Record directly to a low cost SSD drive.
      - Comes with a free copy of Davinci Resolve Studio.

      Cons:
      - No auto-focus
      - Batteries are consumed like nothing I've ever seen. If you plan to use this away from a power outlet, make sure you're using a very large alternative battery. Or else you'll be swapping out the little batteries every half-hour.
      - The power cord is awkward to connect to the camera. Requires nimble fingers and is easy to get backwards. Like the old USB days but much worse. Also the power cord is too short for any practical use.
      - The on-board microphones seem to be high quality but their gain is so low that you can't end up with good quality after boosting it. Don't rely on the microphone (who would, anyway).
      - Micro four-thirds lenses are less common, so most people will need to buy new lenses or buy an expensive adapter to use other lenses. So far I've been impressed with Meke cinema lenses.

      Expect to spend another thousand dollars to rig this up properly. But if you're in the market for a cinema camera, this still ends up saving you thousands compared to a more convenient alternative. And that's just it. You're basically trading convenience for cost savings.

      Know what you're getting into, and this may be the perfect camera for you. Or a terrible choice. Depends.

      Die Pocket 4K ist, was Bildqualität im Verhältnis zum Preis angeht bis heute ungeschlagen. 12bit RAW Video in 4K bis zu 75fps in einem derartig kleinem Body, einem großem Bildschirm, einer simplem Betriebsoberfläche, 2 Kartenslots (sd und cfast2.0) und dem besten Postproduktionsprogramm das es gibt, für unter 1000€. Allein das ist schon krass aber die Bildqualität kann mit großen Herstellern wie ARRI oder RED mithalten. Die Kamera ist unglaublich vielseitig einsetzbar und wahrscheinlich die perfekte Kamera zum Einstieg in die Cinematography. Sie ist natürlich nicht perfekt aber für den Preis ist sie nah dran. Meine hatte nach circa 1-2 Jahren einen Defekt am Sensor und Amazon hat die Kamera anstandslos erstattet, weil es wahrscheinlich günstiger war, als sie reparieren zu lassen. Teurere Kameras sind heutzutage nach ein paar Jahren oft nur noch die Hälfte wert, allerdings bleibt die Pocket 4K wertstabil. Wahrscheinlich weil man dieses Gesamtpaket nicht noch günstiger machen kann.

      Ottime caratteristiche, sensore non grandissimo ma molto luminoso, pasta dell'immagine morbida ma definita, 4k meraviglioso. Considerate che è una camera da cinema, dunque per il videomaking ha degli svantaggi: inutilizzabile ad alti ISO, sistema di autofocus estremamente rudimentale, menù poco dettagliato ecc. Ulteriore caratteristica (sia pregio che difetto) è il monitor. Il monitor è di dimensioni veramente grandi per gli standard generali, ma questo comporta un consumo enorme della batteria: problema del tutto risolvibile acquistando ulteriori batterie oppure, avendo già un buon monitor, collegare il vostro disattivando quello della macchina. Questa blackmagic (come ogni macchina da presa cinematografica) necessita di preparazione, tempo, persone e accessori. Tutto quello che c'è in un set; se questo sarà il vostro utilizzo ve la consiglio caldamente, ne ho avuto un esperienza totalmente positiva
