Product Description

Gorilla tape has taken duct tape to a new level. This double thick adhesive tape surpasses ordinary duct tapes, making the list of uses virtually endless. Made with double thick adhesive, strong reinforced backing, and a tough all-weather shell, it’s the biggest, strongest, toughest thing ever to happen to duct tape. Gorilla tape is manufactured with a highly concentrated rubber based adhesive – two to three times as thick as traditional duct tape. The result is a tape that fills gaps and penetrates rough surfaces. It sticks to rough and uneven surfaces, including wood, stone, stucco and brick, that ordinary duct tapes can't hold. To us, it’s made the way tape should be: the toughest on planet earth.

Directions:

Tear Gorilla tape by hand or cut to size with a knife or scissors. It is important to clean the surface and brush off any loose particles and dirt before applying Gorilla tape. Apply the tape carefully, smoothing out any pockets or rolls. That’s it.

Enjoy the strength and durability of Gorilla tape! to retain adhesive quality, store Gorilla tape in a cool, dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight. Try storing the tape vertically (rather than laying flat), on a hook or on wax paper. If you have multiple rolls, keep your excess Supply wrapped until they’re needed.

Gorilla tape works best at temperatures above 32°f (0°c). for best results, always apply the tape at room temperature. If Gorilla tape freezes, it will work just fine Once it returns to room temperature. Gorilla tape can be removed, but with some difficulty and it may leave some residue. To remove any excess residue, we recommend using the tape itself as a blotter. Gorilla tape should not be used as an electrical tape. We’ve found that Gorilla tape will last a lot longer than regular duct tapes when it comes in contact with moisture.     I joke that I have my Master's Degree in Gorilla Tape. We keep black and white on hand in our house and the non-profit that we coordinate.We do free meals and often find homeless individuals among our guests. Another agency had found the bike trailer for this gentleman, but it required two hours to pack everything he needed for his camping supplies. He had been homeless for 13 months at the time this picture was taken. He needed more space for his supplies, so several small sheets of chloroplast (plastic cardboard) and Gorilla Tape to the rescue. The status in this picture was already very strong, but several days later I wrapped strips around the entire outside of the box...the finish was 'cleaner', and it's pretty much going to require an apocalyptic event to ever damage the high walls. The cover is hinged on with, you guessed it...GT :) He went from two hours to several minutes to load his supplies. Happy ending, he is just recently finally housed in his own apartment as of a week ago and his trailer is stored with us until long distance bike camping season next summer :)It amazes me how many ways this adhesive can problem solve issues in daily life. Okay, I may be the Gorilla Tape version of Red Green, but duct tape just doesn't cut it compared to this product

      I bought a small roll of this last year and just wow! Ive used duct tape my whole long life but never have I ever found a tape like this! First off, its thicker cloth, yet it tears easy enough once you know how...or simply cut it. It is easy to use, not fiddly like Dollar store tape and once it is applied, it sticks like crazy. Now I have not tried it underwater as I do not think this is what its for. Ive used it for so many repairs and other projects....some were outside in hot FL sun all day which even the good brands of duct tape usually failed in....this remained stuck tight. This roll is very large and should last me for a good long time. I will get another small roll when my small one is out, for taking in my car. Yes, this costa bit more but like all good tools, worth it!

      We love this product. It sets the bar for duct tape in general. I've used many brands from el cheapo to premium and this tape is the real deal. It stay stuck and so far we've not found it's weakness. We've even used it on a seat in a work truck, so far (6 months) and it remains firmly in place without the goo running out or sliding around. Many uses for this other than ripped seats. It cost a bit more than most but is well worth it. Our go-to-multi purpose duct tape. Its not friendly when you need to reposition whatever youre taping but that's a strength. Buy with confidence.
