    I have started using this while making cheese, but I need to use double the amount that's recommended in order to get the max amount of curds. One thing that is interesting about using this is that you do not have to compress the cheese for more than 30 minutes! If you compress it past that time you will get a very very dry cheese. I've learned how to work with it and I will order it again!

    I used the Milliard Citric Acid to take mineral deposits off of bathroom taps. I had tried vinegar & other products, to no avail. Don't waste your hard earned money on anything else, this stuff works! I mixed 1/2 cup of citric acid to 1 cup of water, put it in a spray bottle & voila! I sprayed it on the taps, some areas required the use of a small stiff brush to rub the product in. I rinsed the taps off & they look like brand new! I'll never be without this stuff. I would think it would work on shower doors etc, any place where you have a mineral build up. I bought the product for this mineral build up use but I understand citric acid has many other uses. I'll certainly purchase Milliard Citric Acid again!
