I'm a bit conflicted about how they point at a few things in the anime esp.:

Plot?
So, at the point when M meets LLENN IRL it was crystal clear to me who Pitohui is IRL and that took away some of the enjoyment of the whole esp. considering when they finaly meet irl

I don't think it was ever meant to be a mystery or the pay off for the show, that's why the whole event isn't that long when it happens, and after it happens Lenn didn't really care about meeting Pito again in RL when pito offers it to her at the end of the last episode. Just finished the last episode. I have to agree with many statements already written here, I was also not satisfied with the 'serious' part:

So, yeah, the life or death situation was not only absolutely out of place(even worse than in SAO2:GGO part), but also resulted in nothing but one stupid sentence after ED of the last episode like "I won't ever do something stupid like that ever again"
WHY? Just because Llen said so?! I understood that Pito wanted to keep the promise and stayed alive after SJ2 to meet her, but to completely change her mindset, after being crazy all her life, having suicidal tendencies... that just didn't feel right
Even less if THAT was really supposed to be the final message (meaning if this Alternative line would not continue)

I still must say it was fun to watch. Not so much in the traditional comedy meaning, but because most of the the action parts were so well-done that I was able to utterly enjoyed them, not caring about the negatives, which was pretty much everything else

I am already at episode 4, but I am not impressed. Too much gun/fps infodump, people are running and shooting around, like in every other shooting game. Thats it.

Episode 11
blonde girl could easily raze the cabin with her grenade launcher. I guess she was out of grenades.

Apart from having Llenn in it this is just idiotic. What is this obsession with suicidal psychopaths anyway? And the payoff?
”I won’t do anything stupid like that again”

The writer obviously has no idea what he/she is doing.

The same can be said for the whole SAO series.
