I love the scooter but I cannot ride it any longer because the charger doesn’t work. I have been waiting a month for a replacement. Also so glad I had a neighbor who could help install all the parts. The pins for the foot pedals didn’t fit and needed to be shaved down. And then it would go only 18mph on third setting. There is a limiter that needs to be removed. A co worker found out how to do that. It would be so nice to have documentation included or a link to the information.

I ordered the fat bear scooter in March and it finally was delivered in June, 12 weeks for delivery, was not happy but then fat bear got in contact with a upgrade for me. I got delivery in about 2 weeks, apparently they could not get the one I ordered from their supplier so in the end I'm very happy with my fat bear scooter and their customer service was great as well. thanks Fat Bear Scooters

We had to replace this because it was broken on the original delivery of the scooter. It finally came at least a month or two later, but thankfully, the company was really good about sending it out. The time it took to receive it however, was a little excessive.

Very fun to ride. I only have three issues. had to put locking washers on handle bar screws to keep them from moving. the bottom of the bag holder broke the third time out. the scooter sat at the terminal for almost two weeks.
