Cebu Pacific 4+

Why put online an app that isn’t 100% functional all the time ? Many other airlines do it right so why not Cebu Pacific ? You have a problem with your CIO ? Change ! Or is it that no one cares ? The website is even worse. — 1 week I want to buy a seat for my flight that’s already tomorrow and it doesn’t function. That’s not counting the times when the app crashed. —- please please get professional IT company to manage your entire IT! Don’t waste time trying to do it yourself. There are companies that are specialized to handle IT so that you can focus on what’s really core to your business . Thx . And if you are CIO of Cebu Pacific, or CTO, please both resign ! You are making all the wrong decisions for a very long time already . I saw in linked in job postings for senior IT executives at Cebu Pacific. The requirements were unreasonable and unrealistic. Not sure who approved these but they should also go. This is pathetic. — Hope you fix your IT org and suppliers asap.

I have been trying to log in my cebu pacific account through the google sign in option both on laptop and on my iOS device (phone application), for over 7 hours of trying it only refreshes the site and asks if I want to log in. I guess the developers of both the APP and WEBSITE aren’t paid enough seeing how they make such horrible coding for their website and app, this is the uttermost horrendous experience and coding I’ve seen from a company of this size. Another thing to add is the customer service hotline (if there is any) or their customer service in general, while trying to reach out and contact anyone at all it ultimately lead to nothing as it only takes me to a AI chatbot that does not even give any HELP at all, only saying alternatives of downloading the app and absolutely not comprehending the questions being asked about their customer service. A message to those trying to give cebu pacific a try, DONT. After all the flights and airlines I have been through this has to be worst when it comes to these concerns.

It was my 1st time to book cebpac via agoda, i thought after receiving the booking ref num. I'll just add it to my ceb pac account then i can manage my booking, but to my dismay it was more complicated, you can't directly add baggage, meal or seat via ceb app if you booked through 3rd party app(stupid actually) you have to talk to their costumer support 1st then they will be the one to manage your booking. The worst part is you can't also tap the "pay now" option when you recieve the new itinerary! You have to manually go to whereever airport you are then pay at their counter!!! This is the most frustrating situaltion ever! If agoda complicates the process then they should have removed it from the option!! It is not worth the stress! Never again will i book cebpac in agoda!!
