App instable, doesn’t load customer data

I like very much shop, but app permanently communicate lost communication with server (on Wi-Fi), is not able to load my profile nor last orders - I shop only via webpage in result

From a monthly customer for years to hardly being able to order

Prices get more expensive which I get but it would be nice to see something improve a bit… for example zooplus bio wet food their own has 800g cheaper sizes and so many different types of mixes they can do for dogs but for cats? No 800g size and NO MIX PACKAGES, how and why? I have a few cats and I still need mixed packages because they want something else every time, and its similar with most of the wet food. Once you browse on different websites it turns out that zooplus is more expensive and its difficult to shop there if your animals are picky and need change unless you buy 12x400 of each. This makes me sad because I liked zooplus very much it just makes it difficult to shop there and for some reason it doesnt matter even when the mix packages go in seconds and then they dont put them up again…

Impossible to create an account

I can’t create an account. There is only possibility to log in. Secondly, when I select dry food for cats and then filter for kittens, I still can see wet food in the list. Dear team who is working on this app, your user experience is poor. I spent an hour trying to find everything what I need and when I wanted to make a big order, I just couldn’t create an account.. please hire professional ux designer to fix all those things and try to use the product yourself first.
