Tailpipe Cut Off - my bad for using this service

My tailpipe was cut off along with my catalytic converter. That’s great. Of course Delta Hotel by Marriott in Indianapolis isn’t responsible. I figured a decent hotel would be better than some of the less traveled motels I’ve been parked at. No actually. The less costly places are aware of possible thefts and keep an eye out. No one lurks on their lots. This place, corporate, people just work and go home. No one actually takes ownership. Negative rating. Now where’s the contact info for this parking company.

We are so sorry to hear about your catalytic converter. While this can happen anywhere you are parked, we know that it is a very unsettling experience. When it does happen we suggest filing a police report, and working with your insurance company for next steps, as unfortunately catalytic converter thefts seem to be on the rise everywhere. On Air Parking does not own or manage the parking facilities - we are a reservations platform only. That said, we do care about our customers and have already spoken with you personally to do what we can on our end to make this right, and help with refunds.
