Muscat : The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has allowed to put national day stickers on vehicles on the occasion of 52nd National Day celebration
In a statement The Royal Oman Police Traffic said: “Stickers for national day celebration are allowed to put on vehicles from November 3rd 2022 to November 30, 2022, on the occasion of 52nd National Day.
The following rules will be applied for placing stickers on vehicles until end of November, 2022.
1 – The stickers must be well attached,
2- The stickers should not extend to the vehicles front and side windows, its number plates and lights. The images in the rear window should only be of the type that allows the driver to see through the glass.
3, Unfixed fabrics cannot be places on the engine cover.
4, Offensive and immoral expressions are not allowed to put.
5, Changing the color and shape of the vehicle or using unpolished materials or stickers that do not comply with traffic safety requirement is not allowed.
6 – Posters should be limited to images and phrases related to the occasion
7 – Using the crown and / or dagger emblem as a sticker is not allowed.
