is how cold it's been. i'm going to put in the jet stream. right. so see the jet stream? that's the jet stream under the jet stream. it's warmer above the jet stream is colder. so the jet stream basically divides the hot and the cold air. so when you see a trough this deep, it allows cool temperatures to come off the canadian plate. and your minus 12 right now in bismarck, chicago minus nine tomorrow for the caucuses. temperatures are going to be easily into the low single digits. it'll be above zero in most places, but it's going to be three degrees. four degrees. that kind of a thing. so these are the highs from today. highs tomorrow will be essentially about the same. we got warmer today. we had temperatures that got up into the low 60s for a time. and that set us up with just a more pleasant day because it's been cold right? i mean, all weekend it was cold. it was drizzly. it was wet. this week it's going to be kind of wet as we go into tuesday. but this week it's going to be more about warmer air, milder weather, kind of a classic el nino weather pattern. right these systems are going to be coming from down here. lower latitude. here it is now. well let's take a look at it more.

look at that thing. right. so this is this is going to be moving in here on tuesday night and clipping the north part of the bay area and bring rain to everybody by tuesday late afternoon into the evening, maybe a quarter inch to a half inch, maybe an inch. it's a good looking system, but it looks like it's going to push most of its energy into the north. so with that in mind, this week, not as cold, no frost advisories, no freeze warnings, which is a little different than last week. this is the forecast model for tomorrow morning. cloudy tomorrow afternoon. not so cloudy. call it partly sunny all day. and then here's the morning on tuesday. watch how it hangs up there. didn't really hang that long did it? but basically the rain starts to move through at 7 p.m. i should have stopped it one more time, but this is the plan here. so somewhere around three or 4 or 5, six this system moves through. so what does that mean? it means the commute has the afternoon commute has the potential to be wet. so we'll keep an eye on that for you. these forecast high numbers tomorrow like today low 60s. so for just for january december for january these are pretty warm right. so pm showers on tuesday quarter inch half inch
