Frank Battisti
Frank Joseph Battisti (1922-1994) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Battisti was nominated by President John F. Kennedy on August 23, 1961, to a new seat created by 75 Stat. 80; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 21, 1961, and received his commission on September 22nd. He served as chief judge from 1969 until he assumed senior status on April 1, 1994. He served until his death on October 19, 1994.[1]
