Georgia Dodge County School Districts, Amendment 38 (1952)
The Georgia Dodge County School Districts Amendment, also known as Amendment 38, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 4, 1952, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure authorized the judge and clerk of the superior court of Dodge County to divide the county into five school districts. The measure also provided for the election, qualifications and compensation of the board members and superintendent of schools.[1]
