The Idaho Lower Voting Age Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 3, was on the November 8, 1960 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have lowered the voting age from 21 to 19 years of age.[1][2]
