Joan Cloonan
Joan Cloonan is an at-large member of the Ada Soil & Water Conservation District in Idaho. Cloonan assumed office in 2014. Cloonan's current term ends in 2027.
She was a 2012 Republican candidate for the District 16 seat in the Idaho State Senate in 2012.

Cloonan ran for election in the 2012 election for Idaho State Senate District 16. Cloonan replaced Dennis C. Warren on the general ballot after his withdrawal following the May 15 Republican primary. She was defeated by incumbent Les Bock (D) in the November 6 general election.[1]
