Joan E. Mahoney
Joan E. Mahoney is a district court judge for the 4th Judicial District in Virginia.[1] She was appointed to the court by the City of Norfolk's circuit court judges in July 2013.[2]
Education
Mahoney received her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and her J.D. from the College of William and Mary School of Law.[3]
Career
Before her appointment to the court, Mahoney served as a deputy city attorney for the City of Norfolk, Virginia.[4]
