Maryland Farm Land Assessment, Amendment 14 (1960)

The Maryland Farm Land Assessment Amendment, also known as Amendment 14, was on the November 8, 1960 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the general assembly to provide that land actively devoted to farm or agricultural use shall be assessed on the basis of such use.[1][2]
